Responsibilities :

Provide individual, group, and / or family therapy to clients across the lifespan.

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and clinical diagnoses.

Create and manage evidence-based, personalized treatment plans.

Document clinical sessions and progress in accordance with state and agency guidelines.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers.

Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training.

Maintain compliance with Virginia Board of Social Work and HIPAA regulations.

Support crisis intervention and care coordination when needed.

Requirements :

Active LCSW license in the Commonwealth of Virginia (required).

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 1 years clinical experience (post-licensure preferred, but not required).

Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
