North Star Heritage Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join one of the top-performing insurance teams in the Northeast! You will be responsible for generating results by helping customers with their Property and Casualty insurance needs and by identifying cross-sell opportunities to provide complete protection for our clients.

We are looking for self-driven, motivated individuals who want to grow their career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience in the insurance industry is not required if you have the drive and passion to help people, well provide the training and support to help you succeed.

• Conduct policy reviews and provide exceptional customer service.
• Reach out to current and prospective clients to identify insurance needs.
• Assist with claims and resolve underwriting or inspection issues.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up using company CRM systems.
• Stay current on new insurance products and regulations.
