A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Olathe, KS, within an elementary school setting serving Kindergarten through 1st grade and life skills classrooms. This contract position runs from August 1, 2025, through December 19, 2025, offering onsite work with flexible hours ranging from 24 to 37.5 hours per week based on candidate availability and need.

Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy for students with speech and language disorders within the elementary and life skills classrooms. The SLP will collaborate with faculty and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and integrate effective communication strategies in the classroom environment.

Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications :

• Possess a valid Kansas Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certified Speech Language Pathologist with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students, including those in life skills programs
• Strong communication, assessment, and intervention skills tailored to diverse student needs
