Job descriptionActive Conga CLM Certification or any other CONGA CERTS Hands-on expertise specifically in Conga CLM configuration (not development, solution architecture, or CPQ configuration alone). Prior experience supporting Conga CLM upgrades or enhancement projects . Ability to work independently and drive deliverables with minimal oversight. Strong experience with DocuSign integration troubleshooting within Conga CLM. Comfortable working within cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Project Managers, Client Stakeholders). Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across remote teams and work occasional Pacific Time hours. Experience supporting AI / ML / Generative AI model integration within Conga platforms. Exposure to projects deprecating CPQ in favor of simplified contracting workflows.

Key Responsibilities :
- Execute out-of-the-box configuration enhancements within Conga CLM (no custom development).
- Simplify workflows, update UI / label references, and configure additional field linking and relationships.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DocuSign integration issues, particularly with partially executed agreements.
- Assist in preparing the CLM platform for integration with a Generative AI model for contract analysis and data extraction.
- Collaborate with internal IQVIA project teams while maintaining strong independent task management.
