Responsibilities :

Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility standards and state / federal regulations

Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Collaborate with CNAs and other nursing staff to ensure excellent resident care

Document accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications :

Current RN license in the State of Ohio

Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
