Role overview : 10a Labs is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer for a four month contract (potential to extend) to partner closely with engineers, developers, and internal teams to design and implement cutting‑edge AI solutions. You’ll bridge the gap between engineering and customer success—helping organizations integrate language models into real-world applications that are scalable, secure, and transformative. You will work with business and technical teams to demonstrate the value of our solutions and recommend architectural patterns to kickstart their implementation and development.

This role blends technical depth, product knowledge, and customer empathy. You’ll design architectures, prototype integrations, and advise on best practices. This is a remote‑first, contract position.

In this role, you will :

• Design and deliver exceptional pre‑sales customer experience.
• Provide expertise and implement solution architectures leveraging AI APIs, vector stores, and message queues to enable scalable, low‑latency applications.
• Serve as technical expert on a high‑performing internal technical team, integrating AI APIs and platform capabilities across various products and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and harden customer deployments.
• Provide technical feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the developer experience.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, guides, FAQs, architecture diagrams, and reference implementations related to common questions and requirements.
