Job descriptionShow up to one of our depot locations for your shift, pick up a clean, fueled, and fully maintained luxury SUV. Login and start completing trips, focusing on customer satisfaction. End your shift, drop off the car, and go home, we handle the rest. You must be at least 25 years old or older. Have a valid CA Driver's License and at least 1 year of U.S. driving experience. A clean driving record is essential. Eligible to drive on the Uber platform. Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening. Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service are required. Zero expenses : we cover 100% of fuel, insurance, cleaning, and maintenance costs. Guaranteed hourly pay : $17.87 for all on-the-clock time. Keep 100% of your tips : every dollar a passenger tips is yours to keep. Real W-2 employee benefits : healthcare coverage, 401(k) with a company match up to 4%, paid sick time. Flexible scheduling : set your availability, and we build a schedule that works for you. A supportive team : 24 / 7 live support from dispatch and management.
