Position Overview :

This role offers flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts available, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. The LPN will play a vital role in supporting our residents, providing high-quality nursing care tailored to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and monitoring vitals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and communicate any changes in health status to the team.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
