Location : Gresham, OR

What You’ll Do : Program CNC Lathes and Mills using Mastercam. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to meet production goals. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with the team to optimize machining processes and efficiency. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. What You Need to Have : 2–5 years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam. Strong background in CNC Lathe and Mill setup. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Commitment to quality, safety, and precision machining. The Musts : Reliable transportation. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Preferred : Experience in process improvement and tooling design. Familiarity with a variety of materials and machining techniques.
