Interim Director Of Nursing
An Interim Director Of Nursing is needed to oversee the ICU, Medical / Surgical, and Emergency Department units. Reporting to the Senior Nursing Officer, this leader will manage two team leads and their teams across the three units. Key responsibilities include maintaining 24 / 7 accountability of the units and working with operations and quality metrics to ensure survey readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong acute care background (ICU / ED), prior leadership experience, ability to be hands-on, highly organized, patient-focused, and adaptable. Excellent communication skills will be critical. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Bachelor's degree required. Active RN license required. Must have previous leadership experience working in an acute care facility.

Compensation Range : $165,000 to $175,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
