As our Operations Manager, you wont just keep things running youll shape how our entire plant operates. This role goes beyond supervising : youll lead managers and supervisors, align multiple departments, and drive strategic improvements that impact both employees and customers. Youll be a key player in uniting people and processes across the business, ensuring we deliver safe, efficient, and top-quality service to every customer, every time.
What Youll Do
- Develop and lead operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
- Set and track key performance metrics; analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Champion a safe, compliant, and people-first work environment.
- Clearly communicate business goals and initiatives to managers and employees, ensuring alignment and engagement.
- Drive collaboration across departments to provide seamless, customer-focused service.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Logistics to optimize workforce planning, budgets, and resources.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and supervisors to build a high-performing leadership team.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and accountability.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational planning to meet business and customer needs.
- Keep customer satisfaction at the center of operational decisions and improvements.
- Represent Servall with professionalism to employees, customers, and community partners.
What Were Looking For
5 years of leadership experience in operations or production management (multi-department leadership strongly preferred).Proven success in leading managers / supervisors and driving measurable results.Strong knowledge of operational strategy, process improvement, and workforce management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Business acumen to balance customer needs, team goals, and financial outcomes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Collaborative, customer-first mindset with the ability to unite teams around shared goals.Work Environment
