Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with the accounting team to manage accounting functions and programs

Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial analyses and reports

Record end-of-month journal entries, maintain fixed assets, and calculate monthly depreciation

Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness

Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts

Compile necessary documentation for external auditors and tax return preparers

Provide payroll processing support through ADP and assist with HR matters as needed

Stay updated with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ensure compliance

Develop and document standard operating procedures for book close, annual audits, and internal financial controls

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

0-2 years of progressive accounting experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
