As a medical care coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive appropriate and cost-effective healthcare. This position involves managing patient care across various settings, from inpatient to outpatient facilities.

In this capacity, you will work closely with physicians to coordinate patient care, providing support and guidance as needed. Your responsibilities may also include collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• A valid Registered Nurse License in Washington State\
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association\
• At least 5 years of clinical experience\
• Experience working in behavioral health settings\
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)\
• Certified Case Manager (optional)\
• Background in utilization review or case management (desired)\
