Requirements
12+ years of progressive experience in vendor management, program / project management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a people leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading large-scale vendor relationships, preferably in the data center or infrastructure industry.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, capable of translating strategies into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience of engaging and influencing C-level executives and stakeholders.
Proficiency in performance management, including KPI development, data analysis, and reporting.
Knowledge of data center operations, low-voltage systems, and associated industry standards.
Experience in process improvement and change management, with a focus on continuous optimization.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Professional certifications in project / program management, vendor management, or leadership are highly desirable.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. 8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
