About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced AI Lead Consultant to spearhead strategic AI initiatives with our clients. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales consulting, engagement management, and AI framework development, helping clients define their AI vision, identify high-impact use cases, and drive execution.
The ideal candidate is a blend of strategic thinker, client-facing consultant, and AI solution enabler with deep understanding of AI technologies, business value realization, and delivery best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with Sales and Leadership to shape AI proposals, pitches and solution narratives.
- Conduct workshops to understand client / customer goals, pain points, and readiness.
- Develop business cases, ROI models and AI adoption roadmaps.
- Act as a thought leader during customer conversations.
- Serve as an onsite engagement lead for AI consulting and implementation projects.
- Develop and refine proprietary AI frameworks, methodologies and toolkits. Conduct internal training and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to accelerators, playbooks, and reusable templates. Support knowledge management and internal capability building.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends, technologies and regulations.
- Publish thought leadership content, white papers and case studies.
- Contribute to proposal development, RFP responses and sales efforts in collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science, Business or related field.12-15 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation or AI / analytics projects.Proven experience in pre-sales or solution consulting with executive-level stakeholders.Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts, GenAI, LLMs, MLOps and data platforms.Experience leading engagements or programs in AI or analytics.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI tools is a plus.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills - with the ability to influence both business and technology decisions.Comfortable engaging C-level and senior stakeholders such as CDO / CTO / CMO as a trusted partner.Based in the USA with ability to travel occasionally for key customer meetings.
