Assisting the Kitchen Manager in overall operations for the back of house. Staff management, food inventory and cost structure, kitchen organization and maintenance, and oversight of training and safety protocols. Experience needed in food preparation and presentation, utilizing fryers and flat top grills to produce consistent quality menu items. Applicants must hold a strong work ethic and work well within a team environment. In addition, candidates will adhere to current Health Department food safety guidelines.
