Job descriptionValid New York State Driver's License. Open Availability. Relocatable, 45 minutes in one direction. Weekly paychecks and paid holidays. Paid vacation and sick pay plans. Coverage in medical, dental, life, and vision insurance is eligible upon enrollment. Immediate eligibility and vesting for a 401k plan with a company match of $1.17 per dollar up to 6% of annual salary begin upon enrollment. Monthly bonus / incentive potential. Guaranteed 40 hours. Tuition Reimbursement and Adoption Assistance.
Speedway - Assistant Store Leader.
Our Company is looking for a full-time Assistant Store Leader.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provides customer service leadership and direction, in conjunction with General Manager or Branded Foods Restaurant Manager, for the entire store and a team of employees working in that location.
- Trains, schedules, and coaches all new and current store associates to ensure store positions are staffed to appropriately handle customer service needs.
- Works in tandem with the manager of the store to ensure leadership is available to customers and employees at all times.
