The Role : Sales Recruiter Extraordinaire

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier sales talent for a region of content centers nationwide. From sourcing rockstars on LinkedIn to partnering with leadership on hiring strategy, you'll play a critical role in building the sales teams that drive Sinclair's growth. What You'll Do :

• Partner with hiring managers at each of your assigned locations to understand their goals and craft strategic recruitment plans.
• Use digital tools and platforms to find, engage, and recruit high-performing sales professionals.
• Conduct phone interviews and coordinate assessments to ensure a great match and stay closely connected with Sales Leadership through the interview process.
• Deliver a top-notch candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to provide an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of sales talent for current and future openings.
• Stay on top of trends and bring innovative ideas to boost recruitment outcomes.

This is a high-impact role where you'll be helping drive revenue growth for one of the country's top media companies while doing what you loveconnecting great talent with great opportunities. The base salary compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000 and bonus. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
