Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily load planning scheduling and equipment tracking
Support drivers process pay and assist with performance & compliance
Enter orders communicate with customers and manage invoicing / accessorials
Audit vendor invoices and support vendor coordination
Maintain records and assist with FMCSA / USDOT compliance reporting
Qualifications
1 year transportation / logistics experience preferred
1 year customer-facing experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook Excel); TMS experience preferred
