Licensed Master Plumber (Residential)

Who You Are :

A certified / licensed Plumber with at least 5 years of experience in a residential service and maintenance operation.

Has passion for leadership and excellence.

An expert communicator, ready to work with both customers and crews.

Commitment to identify soft sale opportunities and convert them to sales.

Committed to safety, quality, and training others to meet your high standards.

Qualifications :

Valid Indiana and / or Kentucky Master Plumber or Contractor license, both preferred, but not required to apply

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience managing plumbing projects and coordinating with other trades.

Working conditions :

The position requires working in a variety of environments, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and outdoor sites

Must be able to work in all weather conditions and be on-call for emergency repairs as needed

Occasional overtime may be required
