• Develop program and optimize CMM inspection routines for various manufactured parts.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings CAD models and GD&T specifications to create measurement strategies.
• Perform CMM machine calibration probe qualification and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and debug CMM programs fixtures and measurement results.
• Generate comprehensive and accurate CMM inspection reports.
• Collaborate with quality engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve measurement discrepancies.
• Maintain CMM programming software libraries and associated documentation.
