Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Medical Lab Technician Discipline : Allied Health Professional Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Perform, interpret, and report results for a variety of routine and complex laboratory tests in areas such as chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank Conduct phlebotomy procedures, ensuring proper specimen collection, labeling, and handling Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality control standards Verify test results for accuracy and report critical findings promptly to the appropriate healthcare providers Maintain proper documentation of laboratory procedures, results, and quality control activities in compliance with regulatory standards Monitor inventory of lab supplies and assist in ordering as needed Follow established infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe laboratory environment Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to provide timely and accurate lab services Participate in proficiency testing and continuing education to maintain certification and professional competency Provide orientation and guidance to new staff or students when required Experience : Minimum 2 years as CLS / MT in a clinical setting Montana CLS / MT License (Active) About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
