About the RoleHigh school diploma or GED and two years of community college or equivalent experience
Strong work references from supervisors, managers, or coworkers
Demonstrated interest in residential service and repair plumbing as a career
Mechanical aptitude and desire to become highly skilled in the trade
Self-motivated with strong accountability and time-management skills
Professional communication skills
Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service

Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive annual pay: $41,000–$70,000+, based on experience and performance
