Housing Development Manager

Purpose :

To build capacity in housing development projects that include multifamily and single-family units so more income-aligned units can be made available in the region.

Job Responsibilities :

• Researching homes that are for sale or vacant.
• Building partnerships with city officials, realtors, and vendors.
• Assisting with cost analysis, proformas, and budgets for potential projects.
• Working with project management team.
• Marketing of Brighton Properties and developments.
• Assisting with the funding application process.

Requirements :

What we offer :

This position has a salary range of $42,500 - $44,000.
