Immigration Law SME Case Analyst

Capgemini Government Solutions is seeking experienced Immigration Law Enforcement SME Case Analysts to support Immigration missions. This role requires deep subject matter expertise in immigration law and familiarity with the government systems / databases to determine immigration status. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as an immigration officer in US government.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to accurately identify the immigration status of individuals through knowledge of immigration law and systems checks.
• Evaluating emergency and administrative calls to determine type of response required.
• Operating a central computerized phone system console to interpret and relay information.
• Using a multi-phone line communication system to transmit and receive routine and emergency calls.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
