How You Will Create An Impact

As a Pre-Injury Consultant, you will be recognized for your deep technical expertise and your ability to guide clients in return-to-work processes and medical management. You will support and educate clients on AIG's medical management programs, customizing and integrating them into the claims process. Your duties include :

• Developing reports to help clients understand medical management results.
• Training client staff on medical management tools.
• Conducting face-to-face meetings to consult on return-to-work programs, improve claim reporting, and enroll clients in medical programs.
• Providing medical panels, cards, directories, and other resources.
• Acting as liaison with clients, claims staff, and underwriters regarding provider nominations and claims inquiries.
