Reports to : Meat Manager / Assistant Meat Manager

Starting rate of pay : $16.25 / hr

• Kailua location starting rate of pay : $17.00 / hr

Position Summary : Under the direction of the department head and / or manager, the Seafood Clerk provides customers with friendly and efficient service. The Seafood Clerk receives, cleans, prepares, packages, wraps, prices, displays and stores fish, fish products and other seafood products. Prepares all seafood and products for retail sales. Assists with the housekeeping, security and safety standards of the department.

Essential Requirements :

1. Education : High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to read and write at a high school competency level.

2. Work Experience : Customer service and / or fish cutting experience preferred.

3. Work Hours : Be available to work various days and shifts. Some overtime hours may be required.
