As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, helping make their day better. You are the face of our company, proud of our products, and you represent our values while bringing your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they are looking for with a "friends first" mindset. We'll teach you the model.
  • Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs.
  • Share the brand and loyalty program, introducing guests to additional brand channels.
  • Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
  • Be a team player and help the team get the job done.
  • Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
