End User Computing Specialist - Dental School

Joining a team of 30+ desktop support technicians. This person will be assisting the support team supporting both Mac and Windows OS. This team supports connectivity, hardware, software, and overall connectivity and maintenance for faculty / staff. This team fully supports Windows, Linux, Apple devices but does not provide classroom support.

Installations of hardware, software and network equipment, working with TeamDynamix ticketing tool, Active Directory and Windows 11. This team is going to be part of a Windows 11 upgrade and debugging the process for end users as well as rebuilding machines.
