Job descriptionGraduate of a Family Nurse Practitioner or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program (new grads may be considered with prior NICU / Peds experience). Current RN and NP licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing. NP Furnishing license (within 3 months of hire). DEA (or proof of application within 3 months of hire). Meets CMS criteria to bill Medicare. Current AHA-HCP CPR. Credentialed through Medical Staff and Finance office. NRP within 6 months of hire. PALS within 6 months of hire. Desired : National Certification (PNP specialty), bilingual Spanish, NICU / pediatric acute care experience, intubation and emergency umbilical line placement experience. Ability to work independently with diverse populations. Effective verbal and written communication. Leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills. Reflective of organizational core values. Salary : $114,000 – $186,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits package.
