Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach a shift team of 6-10 technical support agents and 1-2 Shift Leads
Monitor agent productivity and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Streamline internal processes to enhance customer service and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-5 years of industry and supervisory experience
Experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity preferred
Proven experience in a technical support or billing role
Experience working fully remote
