Technical excellence in Node.js, Python, GenAI / LLM technologies, and agentic frameworks is essential, as is experience in data and AI, particularly in data modeling and ontology design. The role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to lead the development of automation solutions and integrate existing tools with the company's AI platform. The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset, a focus on measurable business impact, and a strong background in team building and management. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 8 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2 years in automation and 3 years in leadership roles.
