Duties Operate scale house Answer incoming telephone calls Convey any known customer needs and / or complaints with the appropriate people Cash / Credit sales – document, verify & accurately fill out sales receipt Assist manager with truck dispatch and schedule Must be able to communicate over CB and two-way radio Requirements Excellent Customer Service Attitude :
- Contact with Customers, Haulers, and Employees Ability to participate as a team member and perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
