Job Summary :

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and potential clients.

Marketing / Networking Specialist responsibilities include :

Maintains calendars and databases on marketing programs inclusive of prospects, advertising, referrals, mail campaigns, lists, and home care and home shows.

Ensure periodic marketing communications, including the distribution of marketing materials.

Develop business relationship referrals in the community.

Perform initial evaluation assessments of services for potential clients.

Assists Care Coordinator by effectively and timely communicating the client's needs.

Reports changes in client condition to agency employees involved in the client’s care.

Participates in the quality assurance reviews and evaluations of the agency’s services.

Understands and adheres to established FirstLight policies and procedures.

All other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have :

H.S. Diploma or GED, college preferred.

Knowledge of Home Care Business basics.

Previous networking experience and sales experience preferred.

Community involvement.

Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, Calendar, and Scheduling programs.

Experience with the Senior Care community such as long-term care, assisted living, hospice, or home care is beneficial.

Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.

Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job

Compensation : $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
