What You'll Do :

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to home health patients
Collaborate with doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams
Be an advocate for patients and help manage care plans
Use your clinical expertise to support patients' health and independence
Make a real difference in patients' lives - every single day

What You Bring :

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Active RN license in Florida

Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR

Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med / Surg experience; Home Health experience is a plus

Strong initiative and independent judgement
