Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
2. Inspecting Guestrooms and public areas
3. Communicate with appropriate departments on statuses
4. Follow up on guest complaints/requests
5. Assist in training, coaching and development of team members

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
• 2 years prior housekeeping experience
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful
• Knowledge of scheduling, and productivity
• High school math level required
