Senior Doors, Frames & Hardware (DFH) Detailer Location : Houston or Dallas, TX (Remote options available for PT / MT / CT zones)

Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior DFH Detailer with proven COMSENSE proficiency to manage complex commercial projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create detailed shop drawings and submittal packages using COMSENSE software
• Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors
• Develop hardware schedules and door schedules
• Perform material takeoffs and quantity calculations
• Review and validate project specifications
• Mentor junior detailers and provide technical guidance
• Maintain project documentation and revision control
