Position Summary :

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in analyzing company performance, developing financial models, and providing data-driven insights across departments. This position requires strong SaaS knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze performance trends and generate insights to guide strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn)
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and board / investor presentations
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy
• Identify operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities
