We are seeking a visionary Creative Director with deep expertise in brand identity development, package design, in-store display experience, and omni-channel campaign creation. • Develop and evolve brand identity systems that are distinctive, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling visual and verbal storytelling. Packaging & In-Store Design
• Lead the design and development of packaging that is innovative, functional, and brand-aligned.
• Oversee in-store display concepts that enhance shopper engagement and drive conversion. Omni-Channel Campaign Development
• Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns that span print, digital, social media, and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution across platforms.
• Use data and insights to optimize creative performance and consumer engagement. Creative Leadership
• Inspire and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage external creative partners and agencies as needed. Storytelling & Brand Building
• Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with target audiences.
• Champion the brand voice and visual language across all communications.
• Continuously refine and elevate the brand experience based on market trends and consumer feedback. About You Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in brand design, packaging, and campaign development.
• Proven track record of leading successful omni-channel campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging, and retail design.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail environments, and digital ecosystems.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
• Familiarity with sustainability trends and inclusive design practices.
• Experience in the beauty / CPG industry is a plus. Preferred Attributes
