Responsibilities (What to Expect) Lead research initiatives, delivering insights that influence product vision and roadmap decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into research questions

Conduct mixed-methods research, including interviews and usability studies, to understand user behaviors

Manage research logistics and participant coordination across product teams

Present research findings to executive stakeholders, building consensus for actionable insights

Qualifications (What is Required) 8+ years of user research experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company

Proven track record of influencing product strategy and building consensus with executive stakeholders

Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

Ability to work independently and prioritize research questions effectively

Strong facilitation skills and experience leading synthesis sessions

Preferred Qualifications (How to Stand Out) Experience conducting research on AI-powered features or in legal tech and contract management

Background as the first or early researcher in an organization, establishing scalable research practices

Familiarity with high-stakes workflows serving knowledge workers

Strong research skills from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply
