Job Title : Medicare Collections Specialist

Location : 100% remote

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Sr. Revenue Cycle Specialists to join our Medicare Collections team. In this role, you will handle Medicare claim follow-ups, resolve outstanding balances, and conduct root cause analysis on underpaid or unpaid claims. We're looking for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about improving revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Follow up on unpaid / underpaid Medicare claims
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve billing issues
• Communicate with payers and internal teams
• Document claim actions clearly and accurately
• Generate reports and track trends
• Stay current on Medicare reimbursement policies
