We are seeking an HRSD Analyst with ServiceNow System Admin Certification to join our team. This role will involve supporting HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) through requirements gathering, process optimization, and configuration of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow HRSD configuration, product analysis, workflow design, and HR systems integration , and a passion for driving operational excellence within HR technology environments.

Job Description :
As an HRSD Analyst at Trilyon, Inc., you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery module. You will work closely with HR teams and technical stakeholders to analyze business needs, design optimized workflows, and implement effective HRSD configurations that align with organizational objectives. The HRSD Analyst will leverage strong product knowledge, technical skills, and analytical capabilities to ensure efficient service delivery and user satisfaction across the HR ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Collaborate with HR business partners and COEs to collect, document, and analyze functional requirements for HRSD enhancements.
Solution Design & Configuration : Design and configure HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.
Workflow Optimization : Build and streamline HR workflows using ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring scalability, compliance, and ease of use.
System Administration : Utilize ServiceNow System Admin Certification skills to manage system configurations, update sets, data imports, and platform maintenance.
Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop test cases, execute UAT cycles, and ensure solutions meet business needs and system standards.
Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation for requirements, configuration changes, and process flows.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with technical teams, HR COEs, and project managers to drive seamless delivery and ensure alignment with HR strategies.
Data Management : Support data migration, integration, and reporting tasks within ServiceNow HRSD.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for automation, process simplification, and enhanced user experience.
Support & Troubleshooting : Provide ongoing production support, resolve issues, and ensure system stability and reliability.
Required Skills and Experience :
Proven experience as an HRSD Analyst with a minimum of 4+ years in product / business analysis.
2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) configuration and support.
ServiceNow System Admin Certification required.
Strong understanding of HRSD architecture, workflows, and data models.
Experience designing, testing, and implementing HRSD solutions aligned with business needs.
Ability to translate complex HR processes into technical requirements and workflows.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and HR technology platforms.
