Position Type : Full-Time

Location : Vernon, Ca

About the Role

TDI Refrigeration is seeking experienced Industrial Refrigeration and Commercial HVAC Technicians who take pride in their craft and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial and commercial refrigeration systems.
  • Identify and repair malfunctioning components such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, motors, expansion valves, and controls.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system testing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate service documentation.

    • Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record
  • Must pass physical and drug screening
  • 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Refrigeration or Commercial HVAC
  • EPA Universal Certification required
  • CIRO Certification preferred (may be required within 90 days of hire if not held)
