What You Will Do

• Conduct root cause failure analysis and develop prevention strategies.
• Monitor equipment performance data for improvement opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to enhance reliability and maintenance practices.
• Support and train maintenance personnel.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Determine best maintenance practices for equipment.
• Use Pareto Charts for failure analysis and prioritization.
• Perform risk assessments and mitigation (FMECA & RCM).
• Manage equipment reliability and failure minimization.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams using RCM, FMEA, etc.
