With 4 locations across Texas, and plans to expand throughout the local market as well as into other states, our organization is seeking a strong and experienced financial leader with the expertise required to support that growth along a financially sound and sustainable path.

Job Details

Position Overview : Our Finance Director will be the primary FP&A owner while also managing our outsourced accounting & RCM vendors. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Director will provide data-driven financial insights to support sustained and strategic growth in the marketplace.

Day to Day Responsibilities :

Implement and monitor organizational KPIs to ensure company performance across departments

Data driven financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision making initiatives

Department level, location level, and enterprise level financial story telling

Continued analysis and optimization of labor, systems, vendors, and cost centers

Corporate development and M&A support, both front and back end

Provide CEO and Private Equity partners with clear financial reporting and insights

Physician compensation analysis

Manage and grow the finance department

Manage outsourced accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely close

Manage outsourced RCM vendor

Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field

5+ years FP&A experience

3+ years financial leadership experience

Multi-site healthcare experience

PE-Backed company experience

Strong modeling & analysis skillset

Growth company experience

Preferred Qualifications :

MBA
