- Design, develop, and test Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform automations that power missioncritical business processes
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and eventdriven architectures
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into elegant, scalable Salesforce engineering solutions
- Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability through thoughtful code design and bestpractice development
- Contribute to applications and automation that solve real problems-and deliver measurable impact for users and customers
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years developing on the Salesforce Platform
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, declarative automation, and platform events
- Handson experience with integration patterns, APIs, and versioncontrolled development
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps/CICD practices (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or SFDX-based pipelines)
