Assistant Director

Envision Unlimited, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Director to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role is instrumental in overseeing our healthcare-related programs, including residential support, day programs, and employment assistance. The Assistant Director will work closely with the Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that adhere to both our mission and regulatory standards. Collaborate with the Director in developing and implementing comprehensive healthcare services. Supervise and evaluate staff performance to ensure compliance with clinical and administrative procedures. Develop and manage the budget for healthcare services, ensuring the efficient use of resources. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning health care and safety standards. Facilitate training programs for staff to enhance service delivery and ensure adherence to best practices. Engage with clients and their families to assess satisfaction and implement improvements in care and service. Coordinate with other departments and external agencies to enhance service integration and efficiency.
