This person will be responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical processes to support executive leadership with data-driven insights. This role requires a strong understanding of product costing, financial modeling, and business strategy. This person must have the ability to manage and influence stakeholders across departments. What you will need :

• 4-year degree with concentration in accounting, finance or operations management.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ERP systems, financial planning software, and visualization tools.
• Extensive experience with product costing models in and outside of an ERP platform, financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate meaningful insights and recommendations derived from data and analysis to senior management.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-state, multi-entity environment.
• A valid driver's license with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug / alcohol screen and background check.
