PERMANENT Nocturnist Hospitalist Internal Medicine / Family Medicine

$320,320 Base + $15K Bonus 7-On/7-Off No Call Epic EMR
365 Healthcare is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nocturnist (IM or FM) for a permanent, full-time opportunity in Syracuse, New York. This is a high-quality, physician-led inpatient program offering a predictable block schedule, strong specialty support, and competitive compensation in a stable employed model.

Schedule & Coverage Model7-On / 7-Off rotation
12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Weekends included in rotation
No additional on-call requirement
Full-time employed position

Practice OverviewHospital-based inpatient medicine
Closed ICU overnight (hospitalist rounds on own patients)
Established nocturnist workflow
Strong subspecialty and critical care backup
Collaborative multidisciplinary team
Physician-led governance structure
EMR: Epic
This is a mature, well-supported program not a startup model.
Clinical ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive overnight inpatient care
Admit and manage hospitalized adult patients
Perform detailed histories and physical exams
Respond to acute clinical changes
Coordinate care with consulting services
Document thoroughly and accurately in Epic
Support discharge planning and care transitions
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based inpatient care
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 2 years)
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
DEA certification
Clean malpractice and license history
Hospitalist or nocturnist experience required
No new graduates
Visa sponsorship not available
Recent NPDB self-query required
Base Salary: $320,320 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
