Production Operator - 3rd shift

Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mixing chemicals and running the encapsulation process. This role involves measuring, mixing, weighing, and documenting production runs, as well as cleaning the production suite upon completion. The operator will adhere to GMP regulations and follow standard operating procedures.

Work Environment
Operators will work in a cleanroom setting, requiring facility-specific footwear and the use of provided uniforms, including lab coats, hairnets, and booties. The role involves exposure to hazardous chemicals, including narcotics and pharmaceutical compounds. Operators work in separate production suites to prevent cross-contamination, with suites spanning three stories and requiring stair climbing. Production suites must be power washed and sanitized after each campaign. Training occurs on the 1st shift for 3-4 months, after which operators transition to 3rd shifts. Shift differentials apply: 6% for 2nd shift and 10% for 3rd shift.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
